The staff is stressed and it shows in their attitude. The Hotel once very nice is missing several of its 'Normal Amenities.' You will no longer find creamer for your coffee. I figured they'd have this figured out by now. The 3 times we have been there since the protesting started it has declined and the reason for my posting this. Getting there is no longer safe, especially from the north. We spend some cash and the goal is to relax. It truly used to be the best in the area. This is usually a once a month weekend trip for my husband and I.
